It is with deep sorrow that the Ukrainian parliament members have learned of the numerous casualties in the result of the air crash of Mi-8 helicopter in Rasht valley in the Republic of Tajikistan, the telegrams read.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on his own behalf, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families.
